Dr. Tami Zemel, a Certified Scrum Master, and a Certified SAFe® Program Consultant, is an experienced coach, trainer, consultant and a change agent.

 

She has more than twenty-five years’ experience as  R&D and Software development manager and program improvement program coach. Her expertise spans incremental and agile methods such as Scrum, Unified Process and Scaled Agile. Tami is the founder of Tangram Hi-Tech Solutions, a company that provides process improvement services.

 

Her experience as a developer and a manager helped her to successfully ed more than 30 process improvement programs in hi-tech companies and start-ups. Those programs essentially improved the quality of the products and shorten time to market.l
